This policy allows you to return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.


1. Eligibility

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.


2. What’s Covered

  • Full Refund: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part).

  • Replacement: If you prefer, we can replace the product with the same or a similar item (subject to availability).


3. What’s Not Covered

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

  • Items without proof of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return
